		County Recorder Reject Handling – We offer special handling of your rejects. We guarantee a 48 hour turnaround time.
		Title clearing and Title Policy retrieval and/or exceptions – Once we receive the closing agent’s name and HUD1/Committiment from our client we will contact the closing/title agent and aggressively pursue obtaining the required documents. Platinum has developed close relationships with many closing/title agents throughout the U.S., allowing for speedy recovery of documents.
