Platinum Real Estate Solutions utilizes Doc-Rite™, a state-of-the-art document processing software system that provides for the complete preparation, recording and tracking of releases and assignments for all counties nationwide. Doc-Rite™ also updates county requirements and fees on a continual basis, thereby eliminating costly rejects from the counties.

Every file is put through our stringent quality control process so that exception files are spotted immediately and sent to our Research Department (upon approval from client) or continued through the preparation phase to completion.

Platinum offers competitive rates for release and assignment processing. Our standard services include order tracking, provision of weekly status reports, quality control, data entry, check cutting, County Recorder mailings, validation and confirmation, sending borrower letters, sending original documents to the borrower and, if requested, executing documents pursuant to our clients’ Corporate Resolutions.

For instances where documents have already been prepared by the client or a third party, Platinum offers recording and tracking services only. We will change the “return to” address to reflect Platinum’s, then produce the recording check and send the documents to the County Recorder’s office. We track each document until it is recorded and the original documents are sent to the appropriate party.
